Hey,
I am looking for a roommate from 01.04 for a 2nd World Cup. The apartment is freshly renovated, about 60 sqm and is located in the 2nd upper floor. It is divided into two floors. Below is the living area with a new kitchen and my room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishes. There is a beautiful view of the courtyard.

From the living room there is a nice staircase that leads to your room. Your room is about 16 sqm and furnished.

The apartment is located in a beautiful old building near the freight train station in Neulindenstraße. There are few minutes to the Faculty of Engineering and University Hospital. A connection to the tram will soon be completed.
In the courtyard there is a dance school. In the nearby area there are gyms, restaurants and a large shopping area.

WG life
I'm Leonhard, 21 years old and I'm training at Fraunhofer ISE. I like to read a lot, play waterball and meet with friends on the weekend.
Through my training I am up in the morning and come home in the afternoon/night, so I am looking for a roommate with a similar everyday life.
I don't want a purpose WG, so I'm happy if we cook and eat together again and again in the evening, or if we like to do something together with friends.
Cleanliness is important to me, especially as regards the use of bathroom and kitchen.

Additional costs include the consumption of water, electricity, garbage and stair cleaning.
