Die Matratze würde ich ungern mit vermieten, geht es allerdings nicht anders, soll das kein Hindernis sein. Du hast einen Balkonzugang im Zimmer, der von dir alleine auch benutzt wird.
Es mangelt nicht an Gemeinschaftsfläche, auf der du mit den anderen WG Mitgliedern zusammen kochen, Filme-/Spieleabende veranstalten oder einfach ein bisschen quatschen kannst. Es gibt außerdem einen relativ großen Balkon und eine riesige Dachterrasse, welche beide im Frühling und Sommer natürlich ein totaler Bonus sind.
