I rent my room from 1.2.2025 in a cozy 2nd Wg (only) to students. Since it is officially registered as a student residence, it is unfortunately possible to use only students by the landlord.
The room is very central; Beginning Haslach, opposite Artik / Black Forest Milk. Sun sunsets towards Vogesen guaranteed! From here you can be anywhere in Freiburg in 10min. The kitchen is tight, there is a small living room with sunrise 🌞 The house is already a bit older, so overall everything is more simple and something has come into the years. But everything works, the people in the house are nice and come from the most diverse regions (Japan, Korea, Nigeria, Congo, France, Spain...) I have been able to live here well, especially the situation I enjoyed seeing! But who is looking for “the perfect” WG/apartment is missing here. So I'm looking for people who look forward to living room first. Especially since the date is very soon (1 February), I would like to give the room to someone who really needs an acute living space right now.
The room of my roommate Mascha is also free from the 7.2 - so if you want to move into two, you can take over our WG quasi. Maybe interesting for friends and/or couples looking for something common.
Just write to me if you are looking for something in the period 🌱 Interested people can come by this Friday, 17.1, afternoon and get to know the apartment!

The room is directly Eschholzstraße / Ecke Haslacher Straße, opposite Artik. Especially for people who creatively engage a cool place to stay. The TiP and StudioProArte are also in 10min cycling. Since centrally (and Freiburg so tiny haha) one is remarkably in all directions in 10min bike!
The tram (line 1,2,3,4,5) is 500m. Penny also 500m and Lidl 1km at Basler Street.
The apartment is shared with the other roommate, who will take you to Mascha from 7.2. She just has a request (female) that probably soon results. The apartment is beautifully small, to two you can make a nice time here :))
Once again, I want to emphasise that only students and people who are eligible for the move on 1.2 come to report!
In addition, a few details on living:
- there is an administrative fee of 160€ requested by the landlords
- the communal washing machine in the basement is being repaired at the moment, but here a new one should come soon
- there is a cellar compartment and car park (if required)
