I am looking for a nice person to enjoy a quiet and bright room with morning light.
The room has lovely mosaic parquet and will be furnished with a convenient build-in closet, 1,40 m bed and a desk. The window is equiped with a shade that allows to sleep in the dark comfortably and optionally curtains can also be installed.
The room will be freshly renovated and thus you would be the first person to enjoy it :)
Pictures coming soon, but coming over/video call to see the place is also very much possible!
The neighbourhood is very quiet and calm, an Italian restaurant is right across the appartment and thus available for a quick pizza or tiramisu. Generally, the area is very green and close to some nice bike lanes allowing to move quickly off the busy main streets.
A bakery is within 5 minuttes walking distance as well as a bus stop taking you directly to the main station.
Within less than 10 minutes you can reach a supermarket, post office and many other shops.
You will be sharing the flat with me, young professional, commuting to work in another city and sometimes working from home. I might be travelling quite a bit but do enjoy company, such as enjoying a drink on the balcony/loggia, playing board games, do yoga or going out together and I also like to invite friends over, every now and then :)
Therefore, I have no issues with you bringing friends over and enjoying the hopefully soon renovated kitchen and balcony.
Tidiness and cleanness are important to me, so I apprechiate a person that also likes a nice and clean environment.
Ability to take care of plants or bringing some into the flat share is also very welcome.
We can discuss the rent price in the beginning as I am still renovating a lot and hoping the kitchen can be installed soon.
In the meanwhile a fridge, toaster and water boiler are available and of course toilet, shower and internet are working :D
I would prefer a animal free appartment.
If you a good with craftsmanship or have renovation experience that might also be worth highlighting :)
