A bright large room is rented in our beautiful 3er-WG in Freiburg-Haslach. The room is 17sqm and is rented for 740€ warm (incl. additional costs). The bed including mattress will be sold for an extra fee of 20€, otherwise the room will be rented unfurnished.
In addition to the room you can of course use bathroom, kitchen, living & dining room as well as our large terrace.
The apartment is located in the 1st floor of a small multi-family house directly in the centre of Haslach. Behind the house lies directly the Dorfbach with a large park. In the immediate vicinity (approximately 10min by bike) is also the Dietenbachsee, also with a large park - ideal for relaxing in summer :)
In 3min walk you can reach the stop “Scherrerplatz” where lines 5 and 14 drive. In 10min you can reach downtown and main railway station.
There are several supermarkets, pharmacies, a DM, bakers, banks and doctor's surgeries.
The Ackerstraße itself is a dead end and therefore there is no transit traffic. Parking is also always easy.
We are Sanja (21) and Coralie (20) and looking for a new roommate. Sophia leaves us unfortunately at the end of January as she goes abroad.
About us:
Sanja
I am 21 years old, come from Stuttgart and have been studying human medicine in Freiburg since October 2023. If I don't have university all day, I usually learn (especially now with regard to my physics in summer). I like to cook and try to drag myself to the gym again and again. Otherwise, I'm usually gone for weekends and holidays to visit or travel my family and friends in Stuttgart:)
Coralie
I am 20 years old and at the end of my training I am a specialist in veterinary medicine. I originally come from Lake Constance, where I am from time to time at the weekends and where I still turn again and again. I'm not super much at home because I usually work, so you usually see yourself late in the evening or at the weekend in the apartment.
Our WG life:
We are not a purpose WG and always like to organize a small WG meal once a month, as we usually only see ourselves voluntarily under the week (Sanja usually has university or learns and Coralie has professional school or works). But we are always there for the other and also like to do something together when we find the time.
We are also both vegetarian and try our green thumb (in the living room there is room for more plants :))
It is important to us that we feel comfortable at home, so we have a cleaning plan to which you should also keep.
We are looking for a female person (large between 19 and 26 years) that fits us. If we feel that you could fit us, we would also like to get to know you in a videocall (personally becomes difficult as we are both in our home for Christmas holidays).
