We rent our newly renovated 3-room apartment in Freiburg (Haslach / Weingarten) as a new WG.
To the apartment:
- 85 m ² including balcony, 8th floor with elevator and great view
Location: Directly on the Mühlbach & Dorfbach, only 5 minutes walk to the railway stop Rohrgraben and 15 minutes to the Dietenbachsee
Common areas: Open living area (fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, hob, dishwasher, dining area with table and chairs), bathroom with washing machine & small storage room for shared use
The rooms (furnished):
All rooms are fully furnished and include:
▪ Closet (150x236 cm)
▪ Bed (140x200 cm) with rust (mattress has to be worried)
▪ Desk (120x60 cm)

Room 1: 20 m ² + balcony (8.97 m ², south exposure) and air conditioning
Room 2: 15 m ² with private sink
Room 3: 15 m ² with view of the Kaiserstuhl

Important: The furniture is part of the rental contract and must stay in the rooms.

- Parking: There are two parking spaces (underground parking and covered parking) that can be rented separately.

📍 Lage: Direkt am Mühlbach & Dorfbach, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bahnhaltestelle Rohrgraben sowie 15 Minuten zum Dietenbachsee
🛋 Gemeinschaftsbereiche: Offener Wohn-Küchenbereich (voll ausgestattet mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefriertruhe, Kochfeld, Spülmaschine, Essbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen), Bad mit Waschmaschine & kleiner Abstellraum zur gemeinsamen Nutzung
Die Zimmer (möbliert):
Alle Zimmer sind vollständig möbliert und beinhalten:
✅ Schrank (150x236 cm)
✅ Bett (140x200 cm) mit Lattenrost (Matratze muss selbst besorgt werden)
✅ Schreibtisch (120x60 cm)

Zimmer 1: 20 m² + Balkon (8,97 m², Südausrichtung) und Klimaanlage
Zimmer 2: 15 m² mit eigenem Waschbecken
Zimmer 3: 15 m² mit Blick auf den Kaiserstuhl

💡 Wichtig: Die Möbel sind Bestandteil des Mietvertrags und müssen in den Zimmern bleiben.

🚗 Parkplätze: Es gibt zwei Parkplätze (Tiefgarage & überdachter Stellplatz), die separat mitgemietet werden können.
