We, Heiko and Leo, offer a beautiful, bright WG room in a central location between Europlatz and Schwarzwald City. As a result, the best connection to ÖPNV, Car-Sharing, Bike-Sharing - at the same time only a 5 minute walk to nature / in the forest (Schlossberg, Hirzberg).

*Note on parking possibilities: Residential parks possible in 3-4 minutes running distance, Commercially operated underground parking spaces for permanent parkers can be rented in 2 minutes running distance (probably expensive).

We look forward to people at least. 25 years who want to live in an open and respectful atmosphere. There is no compulsion to constant WG activities, common time is naturally welcome, but is usually spontaneous. Everyone has his room and rest if necessary. A clean and tidy community area is living quality - i.e. also from its own drive to clean and clean. Remove things instead of multiply, understand themselves.
Leo is a well-trained guest who is passionate about gaming and also likes to watch home games at SC Freiburg live in the stadium. Besides, he has 2 sisters, is the middle child and feeds vegan.
I, Heiko, love music and making music: digital, with Logic Pro, MIDI controllers, headphones. My family - especially my 2 sisters and 2 little nieces - is very important to me, so I often visit them and like:)
I am also interested in digital, socio-political and tech topics (e.g. AI/Gen AI) and all things Apple - undogmatic, no worries ;-) .

Basics such as regular rental payment, (current) payment d. Deposit, a certain order/cleanness, self-employment etc. should be present and function, ideally it also fits humanly well.

! Important!
The ability to pay rent and deposit must be clarified for you and by you. Like many WG’s, we have a main tenant, me (Heiko), i.e., if payments are not made, I first take full responsibility towards the landlords. In this respect, it is also simply solid, not to let it come. I am a member of the Badischer Mieterring and can, if necessary, have legal advice in the sense of the WG.
