Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein und hat durch sein kleines Fenster (Südseite) einen gemütlichen Höhlencharakter. Obwohl es mitten in der Stadt ist hat man hier oben im 4. Stock aber trotzdem irgendwie seine Ruhe und wenn man aber Lust auf viele Menschen hat dann kann man einfach vor die Haustür gehen und ist dann direkt im Geschehen!
Die Wohnung ist super zentral und man kommt eigentlich überall sehr gut hin! Je nachdem wohin es geht kann man sogar in 5 min zu Fuß schon am Ziel sein, zum Beispiel am Schlossberg. Der Münsterplatz ist 2 min von der Wohnung entfernt, einkaufen kann man entweder beim REWE in der Kajo oder im Aldi im Schwarzwaldcity, es gibt aber auch noch einige andere Möglichkeiten. Ausgehen kann man hier natürlich auch super (wenn das hoffentlich bald mal wieder möglich ist) denn hier sind viele schöne kleine Bars mit einem Fußweg von 2 bis 5 min.
The flat is for 3 people, but we are currently 2, we still need to sort out the situation with the landlord for the 3rd room, therefore, we might be looking for a future flatmate soon.
I'm Alejandro (28) and I'm doing my master in Neuroscience at the Uni Freiburg. I am a relaxed and friendly person. I'm also very active, most of my free time I'm outside swimming, working out, hiking, meeting friends, BBQ, chill at seepark, etc. But you will also find me often in the kitchen cooking and having dinner with some friends, of course, you'll also be welcome to join. In general, I like keeping a minimum level of cleanliness in the flat, but it doesn't have look like a surgery room.

Since we bought a dishwasher not long ago, we think it's fair that you pay a part of the cost (50 euros). It has really made our lives easier :).
