The room, which becomes free from 01.03, has about 16 square meters.
The rental price is determined as flat-rate with electricity, internet, garbage, hot water.
The apartment includes a large living room with dining table, sofa and TV.
The large kitchen also has everything you need: dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction stove,... and of course a dining table. Toilet and bathroom are spatially separated.
There is also a second balcony with access to the large garden. So it really doesn't lack place. Since it is not yet safe, as it continues in the long term with the WG, it is rented for a limited period.

Now a few more info on the location:
The apartment is located in Kirchzarten in the Dreisamtal (Freiburger Osten).
By bike it is 25 minutes to Freiburg Main Station; by car 10-15 minutes. The train to Freiburg or to the Schwarzwald runs at least every half hour from the station in Kirchzarten, to which you do not need 5 minutes by bike. Even at night it is not a problem to get home with the ÖPNV.
