the newly renovated 24 m^2 room is fully furnished, as can be seen in the picture.
The room is souterrain located with two daylight windows and connected to the WG via the staircase. The room becomes 1.3. free.
The apartment itself has a large living room with second dining table and sofa. The large kitchen also has everything you need: dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction stove,... and of course a dining table. Toilet and bathroom are spatially separated. There is also a large balcony, a garden and a bicycle shelter for shared use. There is also a parking lot in front of the house.
Interest awakened? Then you will be happy to visit (news will be answered from 20.1.; Visit is expected from 22.01.).

Now a few more info on the location:
The apartment is located in Kirchzarten in the Dreisamtal (Freiburger Osten).
By bike it is 25 minutes to Freiburg Main Station; by car 10-15 minutes. The train to Freiburg or to the Schwarzwald runs at least every half hour from the station in Kirchzarten, to which you do not need 5 minutes by bike. Even at night it is not a problem to get home with the ÖPNV.
