Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist bereits möbliert.
Das Badezimmer hat eine große beheizte Badewanne.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden, da sie nur 1 Minute von der Straßenbahn und 3 Minuten vom Zug entfernt ist, die Sie in 20 Minuten bzw. 6 Minuten in die Altstadt bringen.
Ein Lidl ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The flat is only designed with one real bedroom, but it was very well suited to 2 students. There is a real bedroom of around 22m² and a huge living room that can be divided into a second bedroom using a system of screens.
The flat is on the ground floor and is already furnished.
The bathroom has a large heated bath.
It is extremely well served as it is located 1 minute from the tram and 3 minutes from the train which take you to the old town in 20 minutes and 6 minutes respectively.
There is a Lidl 4 minutes walk away.
