Ein großes Zimmer in zweier Wg, wobei mein drezehnjähriger Sohn die Hälfte der Woche auch hier wohnt. Eher Zweck-WG als normale, ab und zu Abends zusammenzusitzen wäre aber auch schön.
Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Küche, Esszimmer, Badezimmer, Gästeklo, Balkon und drei Schlafzimmer. Das Haus ist frisch renoviert (neue Fenster/Balkontüren, komplett gedämmt). Es gibt auch einen großen Garten, der ist wegen Bienenkörben aber nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. DSL und Festnetzflatrate.
Schön und sehr ruhig. Am Waldrand oberhalb der PH in Littenweiler. Wenn man gerne in der Natur unterwegs ist ist es hier super. Bis zur Straßenbahn läuft man allerdings etwas.
Hier geht es eher ruhig zu. Mein dreizehnjähriger Sohn ist von Montag Mittag bis Mittwoch bei mir, dazu jedes zweites Wochenende. Den Rest der Woche bin ich arbeiten, da ist nicht soviel Zeit für Partys ;). Das heißt aber auch nicht das hier Friedhofsruhe herrscht (manchmal eher im Gegenteil :) ).
Hier geht's entspannt zu. Ich wünsche mir deshalb auch eine/n unkomplizierten Mitbewohner/in. Jemand mit dem man mal Abends zusammensitzen und quatschen kann oder am Wochenende was unternehmen ist schön, aber kein Muss.
Frei ab sofort, gerne spätestens zum 01.01..2026, evtl. aber auch später.
