The room is located on the back of the house on the ground floor and is accordingly quiet. Two large windows provide a lot of natural light. The room is furnished with double bed, bedside table, shelf, dresser, chair, desk, armchair and sideboard, if possible with plants.

Mooswald is a quiet neighborhood with many seniors: both in and around families. By bike you reach the city centre in 15 minutes. The nearest bus stop is about 2 minutes, the tram stop is about 12 minutes walk away. Shops are available in 3 or 6 minutes by bike. Bakeries, restaurants, a savings bank, a pharmacy and the Seepark are within walking distance.

In the house there is another student WG and many senior citizens. That is why we wish a peaceful coexistence.

The apartment is shared with Elina. She studies German and media culture. As she currently completes her Bachelor, she wants a calm, relaxed and harmonious WG life. She is an open and empathic person. A clean and tidy apartment is important to her.
