In our home-professional WG, a beautiful room will be free in April (exact on / off date still flexible), as our dear Eva is taking off and exploring the wide world...: (
Because a 3: 2 constellation has proved itself, we would like to welcome another woman.
The room (16sqm) is located on the ground floor right next to the living-dining kitchen, has laminate floor, a huge window front and direct access to the terrace with garden. We are concerned that from a certain time, noise will no longer take place in the common areas.
On the ground floor there is a toilet with sink, another room (Vivien) and the open kitchen. The OG has 2 bathrooms, one with shower, one with bath and two other rooms (Hannes and Matze).
On the basement is the room of Will, a guest room for overnight guests and a workshop. A beautiful terrace and a garden (with a high bed) to make a part of it is also available as already mentioned:)
Since we are all working and over 30 we are looking for a like-minded, relaxed roommate who is also over 28!;)
Since we are not allowed to have dogs in the house, the candidates are unfortunately falling out... We can talk about other small animals;).
It is important to us that we really stay until the end of October, because we want to spend the remaining time together until then and then have to disconnect the WG (due to own needs).

In unserer Haus-Berufstätigen-WG wird im April (genaues Ein/Auszugsdatum noch flexibel) ein schönes Zimmer frei, da unsere liebe Eva auszieht und die weite Welt erkundet...:(
Weil sich eine 3:2 Konstellation bewährt hat, würden wir uns wünschen eine weitere Frau begrüßen zu dürfen.
Das Zimmer (16qm) befindet sich im EG direkt neben der Wohn-Essküche, hat Laminatboden, eine riesige Fensterfront und direkten Zugang zur Terrasse mit Garten. Wir sind darauf bedacht, dass ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit kein Lärm mehr in den Gemeinschaftsräumen stattfindet.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich noch eine Toilette mit Waschbecken, ein weiteres Zimmer (Vivien) und die offene Wohnküche. Im OG befinden sich 2 Bäder, eins mit Dusche, eins mit Badewanne sowie zwei weitere Zimmer (Hannes und Matze).
Im Untergeschoss befindet sich das Zimmer von Will, ein Gästezimmer für Übernachtungsgäste sowie eine Werkstatt. Eine schöne Terrasse und einen Garten (mit Hochbeet) zum mitgestalten gibt es wie bereits erwähnt natürlich auch:)
Da wir alle berufstätig und über 30 sind suchen wir eine gleichgesinnte, entspannte Mitbewohnerin, die ebenfalls über 28 ist! ;)
Da wir keine Hunde im Haus haben dürfen, fallen die Kandidaten leider raus ... Über andere Kleintiere lässt sich reden ;).
Uns ist es wichtig, dass man wirklich auch bis Ende Oktober bleibt, weil wir gerne die verbleibende Zeit bis dahin noch gemeinsam verbringen wollen und dann die WG leider auflösen müssen (aufgrund von Eigenbedarf).

Wir sind alle viel unterwegs da jeder seinen Alltag hat, treffen uns aber mal gerne abends oder am Wochenende in der Küche, auf der Terasse oder im Garten auf ein Bierchen. Manchmal ergibt sich auch eine spontane Koch- oder Grillaktion :)
Wir sind keine Putzfanaticker aber legen wert auf ein gewisses Maß an Ordnung und Sauberkeit.
