Wir suchen eine Nachmieterin für unsere WG! Das Zimmer ist groß und hell, man wird von der Morgensonne geweckt und man hat einen tollen Ausblick in den Schwarzwald! Das Zimmer ist möbliert (mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Regal und TV). Es ist also alles da, was man braucht :)

Die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet gelegen. Ich wenigen Gehminuten ist man an der Dreisam und schnell in der Stadt (20min). Die Bahnhaltestelle ist nur drei Minuten entfernt und man braucht ca. 6min in die Innenstadt.
Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Arztpraxen und Bäckereien sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander und quatschen ein bisschen, aber respektieren auch unsere Privatsphäre, sodass sich jeder in sein Zimmer zurückziehen kann. Wir wollen, dass sich alle wohlfühlen und legen daher Wert auf offene Kommunikation!
