Da ich (Jule) für mein integriertes Semesterpraktikum für ein paar Monate ins Ausland gehe, vermiete ich mein Zimmer möbliert im Zeitraum von Anfang August bis Ende Dezember.
Das Zimmer ist 14 Quadratmeter groß und befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss. Es ist möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Regal, Kommode, Nachttisch, TV und Sessel.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage im Stadteil Oberau an der Nähe der Dreisam und ist nur 5 Minuten vom Zentrum Oberwiehre entfernt (Rewe, dm, etc. sind also schnell zu erreichen :)). Zur Straßenbahnstation (Maria-Hilf Kirche) braucht man 2 Minuten zu Fuß. In die Stadtmitte läuft man ca 15 Minuten und braucht 7 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.

Die Mitbewohnerin Sina ist 23, kommt aus Freiburg und studiert Grundschullehramt. Sie ist eine total liebe und offene Person und das Zusammenleben mit ihr ist sehr cool und entspannt.

Die WG besteht außerdem aus einem Flur, einer Küche, einem Bad und einem großen Balkon. Darüber hinaus gibt es die Möglichkeit sein Fahrrad in der Tiefgarage abzustellen.
