Top-Lage am Fuße der Weinberge, Natur direkt vor der Haustüre, in der Nähe der Munzinger Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Bushaltestelle: 3 Minuten Gehzeit.
Autoparkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Überdachter Fahrradstellplatz ist vorhanden.
Nach Absprache können eventuell Waschmaschine und ein wenig Stellfläche im Keller mitbenutzt werden.

Meine Mitbewohnerin ist 40, Lehrerin, sehr sympathisch, ordentlich, nett und man sieht und hört sie nicht, dass sie im Haus ist. Jeder hat sein eigenes Leben und kocht auch in der Regel für sich. Aber wir " quatschen" jeden Tag nett miteinander und trinken auch mal ein Kaffee zusammen, helfen uns gegenseitig aus... Mir ist wichtig, dass die Mitbewohnerin, die mein Zimmer mietet zu meiner Mitbewohnerin passt!
