Hi Leute, da ich über den Sommer länger Reisen bin vermiete ich mein WG Zimmer vom anfang August bis ende September. Das Zimmer hat ca. 12 Quadratmeter und ist komplett möbliert. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Rosastr, beim Colombipark (sehr zentral) und hat eine Sitzküche und einen Balkon. In der WG leben noch zwei weitere Personen: Jakob ist 26 Jahre alt und arbeitet als Arzt an der Uniklinik, Clara ist 27 Jahre alt und arbeitet an der Universität. Claras Zimmer wird eventuell auch für drei Wochen untervermietet sein.
Die Gesamtmiete für die zwei Monate sind 940 Euro. Ich habe einige Pflanzen in meinem Zimmer und würde mich freuen wenn die ab und zu gegossen werden. Falls du Interesse hast schreib mir gerne eine Nachricht, in der du dich kurz vorstellst. Ich freu mich auf deine Nachricht.

Hi everyone, since I'll be traveling for an extended period over the summer, I'm renting out my shared apartment room from August to September the end of september. The room is approximately 12 square meters and comes fully furnished. The apartment is located on Rosastrasse, near Colombipark (very central), and features a communal kitchen and a balcony. There are two other people living in the flat: Jakob, a 26-year-old doctor working at the university hospital, and Clara, a 27-year-old working at the university. Clara's room might also be sublet for three weeks.
The total cost for two months are 940 euros. I have several plants in my room and would appreciate it if they are watered occasionally. If you're interested, please send me a message introducing yourself briefly. I look forward to hearing from you.
