The apartment is located on Karlsruher Strasse and is 50 meters from Kaufland. It is accessible by 2 trams no. 2 & 3 via Oken station and Eugen Martin station. The apartment's wifi is accessible from the station. In 10 minutes you can reach the city center. You can reach Kaufland in 1 minute and reach Pharmacy, Lidl, Aldi, dm, Edeka in 5 minutes. There are many restaurants within a 5-minute walk.
This is a family apartment so cleanliness is the highest priority. I am looking for a single man to keep the space as clean as it is at the beginning. You are allowed to use all dishes and appliances but you must keep them clean. We will clean the shared areas every 2 weeks.
