Hello!
I am subleasing a room in a 6 person student flat in Vauban for the month of January. If you are looking for temporary accomodation in the lovely, green Vauban, look no further! The flat is on the 2nd floor facing West, and the room and common spaces are furnished.
The tram stop is a 3-minute walk away with very convenient transportation to the center of Freiburg. By bike it takes about 10 minutes to get to the center. ALDI, REWE, and Alnatura are all within a 5 minute walking distance as well.
Since the room is rented by SWFR, only students are allowed to sublease and they will ask for proof of enrollment.
Costs of water, electricity, and internet are all included in the price.
