I (Wins) are working and not there under the week (except at lunchtime). I like to read and read a lot, music, meditate, like being culturally on the go, like cycling and like being in nature, whether hiking or just walking out. I'll wave from time to time.

Leo is in the final trains of your master and likes to spend time in nature and with people with whom she can dance, music and flow together.

Für unser Wohlfühlzuhause wünschen wir uns ein herzliches und einfühlsames Miteinander. Wir beide sind offene, fröhliche, dem Leben positiv zugewandte und kommunikative Menschen und freuen uns über nette und auch tiefgreifende Gespräche, ab und zu gemeinsames Kochen oder Essen und gern auch mal Musizieren. Kann alles, muss aber natürlich nicht. Ebenso lassen wir uns auch Raum zum Zurückziehen.

Auch sitzt bei uns beiden der Schalk im Nacken und wir lachen gerne, viel und oft.

Wichtig ist uns auch, dass Du auf Sauberkeit achtest und mit der Einrichtung, welche hauptsächlich von mir (Wins) zur Verfügung gestellt wird, achtsam umgehst. Es muss nicht geschleckt aussehen (ist es bei uns auch nicht) aber gerade was die Küche und das Bad angeht, sollte es zu keinem Ärgernis führen.

Ich (Wins) bin berufstätig und unter der Woche (außer ab und zu Mittags) nicht da. Ich lese gern und viel, musiziere, meditiere, bin gerne kulturell unterwegs, fahre gerne Fahrrad und bin ebenso gerne in der Natur, egal ob eine Wandern oder nur ein Spaziergang draus wird. Ab und zu geh ich auch waven.

Leo befindet sich in den Endzügen Ihres Masters und verbringt nach der Bib gerne Zeit in der Natur und mit Menschen, mit denen sie tanzen, musizieren und gemeinsam flowen kann.

Suche für unsere Generationen-WG (Winfried oder einfach Wins, 63 und Leoni, bald 27) eine/n tolle/toller Mitbewohnerin/Mitbewohner, idealerweise zwischen 35 und 45 Jahren. Leider hat uns unser 41-jähriger Mitbewohner aus privaten Gründen verlassen.

Denkbar ist auch eine 14-tägige Nutzung oder ein Wochenendgänger/in. So war es bei unserem bisherigen Mitbewohner.

Die Wohnung, welche sich in meinem (Winfried) Eigentum befindet, ist vor 23 Jahren von meiner Familie bezogen worden und im Oktober 2024 hatte ich entschieden, zwei der mittlerweile nicht mehr bewohnten Räume wieder mit Leben zu füllen.

Da ab und zu meine Kinder (Tochter 26, Sohn 22) zu Besuch kommen (ist immer weniger der Fall), kann es sein, dass mal mehr Leute da sind als nur ich und Leoni.

Jetzt schau ich mal wer sich so meldet. Bitte verzeiht mir, dass ich nicht allen Bescheid geben kann bei all den Anfragen. Vor allem denjenigen, die nicht ins Profil passen.

Der angegebene Mietbeginn ist im übrigen flexibel. Wir wollen uns Zeit für unsere Entscheidung lassen.
