At mid-January we will have a room for rent until the end of March. We are happy to discuss the exact time.
The room is about 11-12 m2 and has a large window directly to the balcony. It invites you to sit together with a sofa and dining table. The room is furnished, most of the furniture will be available to you. We have a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, SodaStream and a sieve carrier machine. The highlight of our apartment is definitely the spacious living room with a large dining table, a very cozy sofa and a TV. So perfectly invites you to spend time together.
There is also a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
The WG is located in Weingarten on the border with Haslach. There is a bus stop 3 minutes away and a tram stop (line 3) about 10 minutes walk.
In 5 minutes at the EKZ in Weingarten (Aldi, Rossmann...) or in 8 minutes in Haslach near Lidl, Edeka and dm.
We are on foot in 3 minutes at the Dietenbach, here you can walk in the green to the Dietenbachpark and buy a very delicious ice cream on the way.
Overall, the area is very quiet and yet is maus by bike in about 10 minutes in downtown. We like to live here :)
Now to us: we are Hannah (23), Laura (29), Leonie (29), Sophie (27) and since the newest there are dog increases Kalle. Sophie's room is available for an intermediate rental as Sophie Freiburg leaves for an internship.
Hannah works as a freshly trained ergotherapist in garden therapy. It often brings fresh salads and vegetables and thus delights the WG. She also likes to boulder, regularly swings the dance leg or acrobatically the vertical cloth.
Laura works social worker and is diligently working. She likes to spend her spare time at the lake or on the bike.
Leonie is a civil engineer and works part-time. She has a dog since this August, called Kalle, is about 50 cm tall, sweet, playful and in the middle of puberty. That's why she's got all her hands full of dog education. She is also regularly on an Icelandic horse in the Black Forest.
We are all quite tense in our own everyday life, a lot of time for a very active, community coexistence is therefore often not. However, this does not exclude that we meet in the kitchen, in the living room or on our balcony and stay together again and again. Sometimes we cook together or look at something. This is not often happening, but can of course also change :)
We share responsibility in the household and want everyone to feel comfortable at home.
It is clear that in our WG there is no place for sexists, queer-feindish people, Coronaleugners, Rassist and Co.
