Frei ist ein gemütliches, möbliertes Zimmer (16qm) in einem Mehrfamilienhaus.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 4 Zimmer plus Bad und Küche.

Mitbenutzung von Küche und Bad.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche,eigenen Schränken zur Lagerung von Hygiene Artikeln und Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Lage:
Straßenbahn,Einkaufszentrum,Arzt,Sport,Schwimm und Sonnen Park sind in in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.Zur Stadtmitte sind es mit der Straba ca 12 Min.

Ich bin 50 Plus, modern,vielseitig intressiert und für ein Schwätzchen immer zu haben.
In der Küche darf geraucht werden,da ich selbst auch rauche.

Was nicht geht ist:
Auf Dauer,
2 oder mehr Personen,
mit Kindern,
mit Tieren,
mit eigenen Möbeln,
und ich vermiete nur an Frauen.
Einen Putzplan gibt es bei mir nicht,das einzige was ich erwarte ist:
Das Du Dein Zimmer sauber hältst,
Die Küche und das Bad nach Benutzung wieder so verlässt wie Du es vorgefunden hast,
und im Wechsel den Müll runterbringst.
Den Rest mache ich selbst.
In der Miete sind alle Kosten enthalten,eine Kaution verlange ich nicht da ich davon ausgehe das Du sorgfältig mit den vorhandenen Gegenständen umgehst.
