The room has a large window to the balcony and a beautiful old wooden floor. Since the room is located to the courtyard, you don't hear the street. In addition, there is a high bed in the room so that you have more space below and the 14 square meters are good enough. My furniture and my plants would stay in the room. In the apartment there is also a fully equipped kitchen where you can thaw and a huge south-facing balcony if the sun comes out in February:)
The apartment is very central, right next to the St. John's Church. The tram is 3 minutes away, the city centre is approx. 7 minutes, supermarkets are around the corner. Also the tribulation and the forest are within walking distance.
You'd live with Elisa, Naïma and Diego. Our WG life is uncomplicated. We are all on our way in everyday life, but we are happy when we meet spontaneously on the balcony or in the kitchen, chat, drink coffee. From time to time, we go together or cook together. A harmonious coexistence and mutual consideration are important to all of us. We are definitely not a purpose WG :)
We have a cleaning plan that works very well so far and changes weekly. We don't eat any meat or just a little meat, would be great if it were you.
You can easily log over wg. Castings will take place in early January.
