Hello!
I (39, working) look for a roommate for a nice, bright 20sqm room in my apartment. The apartment is very close to the city, the train station is easily accessible on foot. We're looking for someone who likes a quiet and uncomplicated WG life.
In short:
Every two weeks my two children (15 and 13 years old, boy and girl) live with me for five days. So we'd be four. It is important to me that the WG life is relaxed: eating together or chatting is possible, but no need. Overall, I wish a harmonious coexistence without a party atmosphere.
The room and apartment:
• Rooms: 20sqm, bright and cozy.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped and for shared use (included in the rental price).
• Bath: With washing machine, also for shared use.
• Cellar: place for bicycles or possibility to place them in the yard.
• Other: Unfortunately no car park available.
In the room there is a doorway to the adjacent living room. This door can remain open, suspended or even completely closed, depending on how you feel most comfortable. The living room serves at the same time as a bedroom when my children are there, or as a pure living room if they are not with me.
To me:
I like to make music, read a lot and work partly from home, partly on the go. I am relaxed, open and uncomplicated – just as I imagine my new roommate. Since my children are here regularly, we consciously seek a woman to create a balanced relationship.
