The room is sufficiently large, spacious and bright. The window goes south. It does not have a private balcony, but the other rooms can also be used.
Otherwise you can expect a 140x200m bed, desk and in the closet you will find free space for your clothes and otherwise you can also use everything that stands around.
The WG is located in the perfect location of the beautiful Oberau. Trails can quickly be found in nature (Rosskopf/ Kypfelsen), in the city (5 min) and in 200 m to the ZO (Rewe, DM, Alnatura, Post, Aldi. Döner and Bars are also around the corner.
Since I will be abroad in March and April, my room will be free for this time. Marlen (26), Carlo (30) and Felix (24) will live with you. If it allows the university and work obligations, you can enjoy climbing, running or joining on a bike or ski tour, or simply drinking a cozy cafe together in the kitchen. The apartment is large overall, lots of space in the kitchen, toilet and bathroom are separated. We also have 3 balconies that can be used by everyone. Since we are four people, order and cleanliness is very important to us. We have a weekly changing cleaning plan but clean up is of course also part of it - the usual. We are looking for someone who brings the right amount of spontaneity, tranquility and madness. We rarely plan, but we sit together again and again - we understand each other well and want someone to fit it.
An absolute dream would be if you could take care of my plants.
