The apartment includes a bathroom with a bathtub, a spacious kitchen and a balcony which can be reached through my flatmates room.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in de Unterwiehre und dadurch nah an der Innenstadt. Die Strassenbahnhaltestelle ist nur 2-3 Minuten entfernt (Heinrich-von-Stephanstr.) und man ist in ca. 5 in der Stadt (zu Fuß ca. 15 min und mit dem Fahrrad auch ca. 5 min). Es gibt 2 Straßenbahnlinien plus mehrere Buse, welche von der Haltestelle abfahren. Lebensmittel und Drogeriemärkte befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die Nachbarschaft ist eine eher ruhigere, da dort auch Familien leben. Falls man sich einen Bewohnerparkausweis holt, ist auch das Parken in der Nachbarschaft kostenlos.

The apartment is in the area "Unterwiehre" and therefore close to the city center. The tram stop is only 2-3 mins away (Heinrich-von-Stephanstr.) and it only takes 5 mins to reach the city center (by foot approx. 15 mins and with the bike also approx. 5 mins). There are 2 tram lines plus several buses that go from that stop. Grocery and drugstores are close by as well. The neighbourhood is a rather quiet one because there's also families living there. If you have a car you could apply for a residence parking permit which would make parking free in that neighbourhood.
Ich bin Lehramtsstudentin und gehe im August für ein ERASMUS Semester nach Schweden, weshalb ich und meine Mitbewohnerin jetzt für diese Zeit mein Zimmer untermieten wollen. Meine Mitbewohnerin ist 22 Jahre alt, ebenfalls Studentin und ein sehr offener Mensch. Wir suchen jemand, der sauber, verständnisvoll und rücksichtsvoll ist.

I'm a teacher student and doing an ERASMUS Semester in August that's why me and my flatmate are looking to sublet my room during that time. My flatmate is 22 years old, a student as well and a very open person. We're looking for someone that is tidy, understanding and considerate.
ERASMUS or other international students are also very welcome!
Das Zimmer wäre ab Mitte August verfügbar, aber kann auch erst ab September bezogen werden, und bis Anfang Februar bzw. nach Absprache evtl. auch bis Mitte/Ende Februar. Bei weiteren Fragen stehe ich zur Verfügung!
