Since I go to Erasmus from the end of January until the end of May, I am looking for a sub-rent for the meantime. The room is 13 sqm large and fully furnished with bed, sofa, desk, desk chair, wardrobe, dresser and bookshelf
Otherwise, there is a well-equipped kitchen in the WG including dishwasher and washing machine. In the hall there is a large dining table. The toilet and the bathroom are separated from us.
In our basement compartment you have the possibility to park your bike.
Various shopping facilities (Rewe, Aldi, Edeka, Dm, Alnatura, Baker) are within a few minutes' walk. The nearest tram stop is 5 minutes walk. Line 3 is located in the city centre in 10 minutes, by bike you need about 15 minutes.
We are a friendly 3 girls WG and all quite tidy and clean. Under the week we usually have our own daily routines. Nevertheless, we all have a good relationship and like to chat in the kitchen or at dinner :)
At the request of our landlord, only one roommate comes into question.
