From 15. January or 1 February 2025 I offer 3 WG rooms limited for 6.5 months. It is an old building with charm in the attic in a quiet location in Freiburg Zähringen. The kitchen including kitchen equipment and dishwasher and refrigerator, the bathroom and the separate toilet are available to all WG residents.
I rent the rooms on a flat-rate basis, including all additional costs.
Room 1: 15.5 m2 // 470 EUR per month
Room 2: 17.9 m2 // 500 EUR per month
Rooms 3 18.9 m2 // 530 EUR per month
Some of the furniture is available that can be used.

At the moment the rooms are not rented. From summer onwards, the apartment is completely rebuilt and renovated. Therefore, the deadline.
