WG Rooms for Intermediate Rental in Professional Mädels-WG WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete in Berufstätigen-Mädels-WG

WG is located right next to Zähringer Train Station. The tram stop Reutebachgasse is about 7 min walk away. There is ALDI, Rewe, the country of sale to reach by bike in a maximum of 15 minutes and at Reutebachgasse there is an Edeka and a Rewe. There are also various bakers in the neighborhood. How are close to Zähringer Park, where you can relax well in the summer and at the same time get out of the city in the green, for example for jogging. Due to the proximity to the station, and since the house stands directly on the rails it can be quite loud. We got used to the trains very quickly, but if you're very sensitive you should consider it.

Die WG liegt direkt neben dem Zähringer Bahnhof. Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Reutebachgasse sind es etwa 7 min zu Fuß. Es gibt ALDI, Rewe, Kaufland mit dem Fahrrad in max 15 min zu erreichen und bei der Reutebachgasse gibt es einen Edeka und einen Rewe. Außerdem gibt es diverse Bäcker in der Nachbarschaft. Wie sind nah am Zähringer Park wo man im Sommer gut entspannen kann und gleichzeitig wirklich sehr schnell raus aus der Stadt im Grünen, praktisch zum Beispiel zum Joggen gehen. Durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof, und da das Haus direkt an den Bahnschienen steht kann es allerdings recht laut sein. Wir haben uns sehr schnell an die Züge gewöhnt, aber wenn man sehr empfindlich ist sollte man das bedenken.

You'd live with Annika and Selina. The girls are both professional. Annika makes a lot of sport and music and is almost always on the go. Selina dances twice a week and is a little more home. So far we had when it went on Wednesday evenings WG evening and enjoy doing what together on weekends when everyone is there. However, the girls often go home on weekends, so this is only 1-2 times a month. Annika also has a friend who comes to visit us more often. All in all, we are absolutely not a purpose WG but friends who like to live together. So it would be great to find someone who fits well in here, even if it was only about 3 months ago.
As far as order is concerned, we have a cleaning plan and just try to take consideration. In the kitchen everyone has a shelf compartment, one in the freezer and 2 small in the refrigerator.
We use the Flatastic app to buy organizers such as detergents and the cleaning plan.

Zusammenwohnen würdest du mit Annika und Selina. Die Mädels sind beide Berufstätig. Annika macht sehr viel Sport und Musik und ist fast immer unterwegs. Selina tanzt zwei mal die Woche und ist etwas mehr Zuhause. Bisher hatten wir wenn es ging Mittwoch abends WG-Abend und unternehmen super gern am Wochenende was zusammen wenn alle da sind. Allerdings fahren die Mädels am Wochenende oft nach Hause, das kommt also nur 1-2 mal im Monat vor. Annika hat außerdem einen Freund, der uns öfter mal besuchen kommt. Alles in allem sind wir absolut keine Zweck-WG sondern Freundinnen die sehr gern zusammen wohnen. Es wäre also toll jemanden zu finden der hier gut rein passt, auch wenn es vorerst nur um 3 Monate geht.
Was Ordnung angeht haben wir einen Putzplan und versuchen einfach Rücksicht zu nehmen. In der Küche hat jeder ein Fach im Regal, eins im Gefrierschrank und 2 kleine im Kühlschrank.
Organisatorisches wie Waschmittel kaufen und den Putzplan regeln wir mit der Flatastic app.

We have a dishwasher and a washing machine, both in the apartment. Wash laundry is therefore not a problem and it should not be a problem to keep the kitchen neat. But everyone has to do it, that's clear.

Wir haben eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine, beides in der Wohnung. Wäsche waschen ist also kein Problem und es sollte auch kein Problem sein die Küche ordentlich zu halten. Allerdings müssen alle anpacken, das ist klar.
