for the period from 14.02.2025 to 21.03.2025 I am looking for an intermediate tenant for my beautiful, fully furnished and sunny WG room as I will be on holiday at this time. The total rent for the period of 5 weeks amounts to 600€.
The room is about 25sqm and is fully furnished as already mentioned. My furniture is only 3 years old and in a good condition. Since I very much hope to find it again after my holiday in the state in which I left it to you, I would raise a deposit of 400€, which also applies to the rest of the apartment. The room also has two balconies (see pictures). On one of the balconies you will also find balcony furniture consisting of a small table and two folding chairs. As you've probably seen, I own some plants. It would therefore be very important to me that you have a (something) green thumb and take care of my plant friends while I am gone :)
Among the common rooms is our large hallway with shoe shelves and mirrors, as well as a small stall where we store our cleaning equipment, etc. In addition, we have two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), with so far we have managed to divide two people into a bathroom. We also have a washing machine. Our kitchen is the central meeting point of the WG and is equipped with everything you need. We are particularly proud of some things, for example our sandwich maker/weapon iron/grill. Adjacent to the kitchen you will find our largest (of a total of six, yes it is actually six) balcony, on which we like to eat together, meet a coffee (or two, if we talk again) or make summer evenings together. Finally, I would like to mention that we are proud owners of an underground parking space as well as a basement compartment that you are very welcome to use. And very important: we have an elevator, which is very practical at an apartment in the 4th floor.
Our apartment is located in the Oberau district and really ideally located in about 7 minutes walking distance from the Schwabentor (start of the city centre) and thus also from the "Schwabentorbrücke" stop. From here, line 1 goes directly to the city, for example to the Unibib or to the main railway station. Both can be reached by rail in less than 10min. In addition, the ZO (Centre of Oberwiehre) is about 1.4km away. Here you will find Aldi, Rewe, Dm, Alnatura, a pharmacy, a package shop and more. By the way, we have a baker right next door.
We are two psychologists (Marie and I), as well as two medical students (Ekaterina and Victoria).
We have lived in Freiburg since October 2022 and live typical student, I would say. We are very family, like spending time together, chatting and laughing a lot, cooking together or watching movies and series. But it is also important to us that everyone has their retreat and communicates openly when it needs a bit of me-time. We have a cleaning plan that we are always loving and we are all keeping to. The cleaning of the WG works perfectly.
We are looking for someone who is just as open, sympathetic and humorous and at the same time is careful about the furniture in our WG and is reliable.
