we are looking for our WG in March-Hugstetten from 1. February after a seventh person filling our house with even more life.
We are Julika, Daniel, Marie, Milena, Flo and Malte (all between 20 and 25 years old, partly studying, partly already working).
The room is about 15 m2 and unfurnished. The cold rental is 425€, with an additional cost of 50€ it is then 475€ hot rental.
The WG is located in a complete semi-detached house - a total of 190m2 - and is a new building. For shared use we have a large, modern kitchen with living room, a large bathroom, a guest toilet and the attic built as a studio, which offers plenty of space and possibilities for community activities. So there is a lot of space in which we like to meet for bullying, cooking and coexisting :)
Our garden is under construction, so soon we can grill :D
The location is relatively quiet, with the train (5min walk) you have a fantastic connection to Freiburg.
There are 9 minutes by train to the main railway station, the city centre is approx. 15 min and also by bike the route is easily possible.
To our living together: We are not a purpose WG, but a close community in which it is important to us that everyone feels comfortable. Specifically, we have Bock on joint activities and actions and can all participate in it. The basis for this is open and honest communication with one another, as well as mutual consideration.
