Es erwartet dich eine nette WG Atmosphäre, die uns auch sehr wichtig ist. Machmal wird zusammen gekocht, philosophiert oder musiziert, aber alles ganz unverbindlich.
Mein Zimmer ist voll möbliert, auch die Matratze wäre möglich auf Anfrage im Zimmer zu lassen. Ich bitte um gießen meiner lieben Zimmerplanzen:)
Ich wüsche die Miete für die Monate im Vorraus wenn möglich in Bar zu bekommen. Wenn weniger als 3 Monate benötigt ist das kein Problem solange die vollen 3 Monate gezahlt
werden.
Evtl. wäre auch eine längere Miete möglich, falls Interesse.
Ein Treffen vor ort bis zum 31.12 wäre super, zunächst würde aber auch ein viedeocall ausreichen.

Freiburg süd, nah am Bach, nah am Schönberg und der Natur. Schnell bei der Bahn und Bushaltestelle (<1min) und nicht weit zum st.Georgener Bahnhof. Supermärkte (Rewe, Aldi, Alnatura, Quatiersladen, dm) und Imbisse 1 min zu Fuß..
Mit dem Fahrrad in 10min am Hbf.
