Das besondere an der WG ist, dass sie von der Lebenshilfe e.V. angemietet ist und dadurch eine Person mit und zwei Personen ohne Behinderung zusammen leben. Unsere WG organisiert sich wie eine ganz normale WG und eine Person erhält Unterstützung von der Lebenshilfe. Die Unterstützung wird von einer Fachkraft und ergänzenden Hilfen geleistet. Die Fachkraft kommt gelegentlich in die WG und weitere Unterstützung wird von externen Assistenzen sowie den Mitbewohnenden geleistet.
Gesucht wird eine Person, die aufgeschlossen, kommunikativ und hilfsbereit ist. Pflegerische Tätigkeiten sind nicht nötig!!! Zusammen mit dem Mietvertrag wird ein Assistenzvertrag mit der Lebenshilfe abgeschlossen, in dem 8 Stunden pro Monat für gemeinsame Aktivitäten vereinbart werden. Eigentlich findet ganz normales WG-Leben statt, mit dem Vorteil, dass einige der Unternehmungen vergütet werden. (Somit mindert sich die Miete um 80€ monatlich)
