wir, Heiko und Max, bieten ein schönes, helles Zimmer in zentraler Lage zwischen Europlatz und Schwarzwald City. Nah an den Öffis und gleichzeitig nur 5 Gehminuten zur Natur (Schlossberg, Hirzberg). Unser Mitbewohner zieht aus familiären Gründen kurzfristig aus, daher bevorzugen wir einen zeitnahen Einzug.

20m² Zimmer in 3er WG (80m²), Wohnküche, großer Südwest-Balkon, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, Internet. Kellerabteil vorhanden.
Innenstadt von Freiburg, Europaplatz, Schwarzwald City, S-Bahn Haltestellen direkt vor der Tür, Schlossberg vor der Tür 5 Gehminuten, Stadtgarten 3--4 Gehminuten,
Wir freuen uns auf Menschen ab mind. 25 Jahren, die in einer offenen und respektvollen Atmosphäre leben möchten. Uns ist wichtig, dass sich alle wohl, sicher und zuhause fühlen können – unabhängig davon, wer du bist oder woher du kommst. In unserer WG steht das respektvolle Miteinander im Vordergrund - darauf soll sich auch jede:r bei den anderen verlassen können. Basics wie Miete, Kaution, Sauberkeit, Müll etc. müssen geregelt sein u. funktionieren, im Idealfall passt es aber auch menschlich gut.
Bei uns gibt es keinen Zwang zu ständigen WG-Aktivitäten, gemeinsame Zeit ist natürlich willkommen, wenn es spontan entsteht. Jeder hat seinen Raum u. Ruhe wenn nötig. Eine saubere und ordentliche Gemeinschaftsfläche ist Wohnqualität - d.h.auch aus eigenem Antrieb heraus mal zu putzen und Sachen verräumen statt vermehren, verstehen sich von selbst.
Fähigkeit, Miete und Kaution zu bezahlen, müssen VOR Einzug für dich und von dir geklärt sein.
Zudem: Ich (Heiko) bin Mitglied im Badischen Mieterring und kann, falls nötig, mich für die WG entsprechend (mietrechtlich) beraten lassen.

Hey there :)
We are two guys, Heiko and Max.
Both of us are interested in sociopolitical and political (🙄) issues and engage in spontaneous conversations about those. However, as long as the basic values are agreed upon (see below), neither of us is pushy or preachy. Being a member in the workers' council at a large enterprise in the city of Freiburg as well as an active unionist, provides Max with a lot of insight and engagement in such matters.
I (meaning Heiko) am furthermore into digital and tech related topics, artificial intelligence (no surprise there) and all things Apple.
We may not be overly crazy about soccer, though you may find us cheering occasionally for the local soccer team („The SC").
