Spacious room with lovely wooden mosaic parquet flooring, two windows with a view to the green areas and a door providing direct access to the balcony.
All windows are equipped with shades allowing you
to sleep comfortably in the dark and the room is very quiet.
It will be furnished with a wardrobe, two shelves, a double bed (1,40m) and a desk.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and calm, an Italian restaurant is right across the appartment and thus available for a quick pizza or tiramisu. Generally, the area is very green and close to some nice bike lanes allowing to move quickly off the busy main streets.
A pharmacy and bakery are within 5 minutes walking distance as well as a bus stop taking you directly to the main station.
Within less than 10 minutes you can reach a supermarket, post office and many other shops and restaurants.
You will be sharing the flat with two young professionals.
Chris is a 27 year old PHD student form Canada and just moved to Freiburg for an exchange at the Fraunhofer ISE. He is a pretty laid back person, who spends his free time mostly outside biking, climbing or camping.
Daniel is a 26 years old and studied econonics in Freiburg and now works as a consultant. He is a spontaneous and open-minded person and spends most of his free time either on the baseball field or at home with a good series or a movie.
We like to invite friends over, every now and then :)
Therefore, we have no issues with you bringing friends over and enjoying the freshly renovated kitchen and balcony.
Tidiness and cleanness are important to us, so we appreciate a person that also likes a nice and clean environment.
Ability to take care of plants or bringing some into the flat share is also very welcome.
