We are a 4 WG near the lake park and look for two dear new roommates.
Sara (21) and I - Catharina (21) remain in the WG. Our now 2 roommates move to 01.02.2025, making 2 WG rooms free from us.
The two free rooms each have 16 m2 of living space with a large window front, making the rooms beautifully flooded with light. The windows are additionally equipped with shutters and shutters. In addition, both rooms are equipped with air conditioning, so the summer is cool.
The two rooms are equipped with a connecting door, so it would be great if you already knew each other. It's not a problem if there are two people who don't know each other. The door frame can be filled with a wooden board and everyone has their privacy.
The WG itself has a large bathroom, equipped with a shower and washing machine, a kitchen with fridge, microwave and dishwasher and a large storage room.
There is also a large communal space that we are using as a dining room. We are open to ideas on how to further shape the space. :

Our WG is close to the lake park and you can walk to the lake within 10 minutes.
There is also a bus stop, as well as a baker right in front of our front door.
The tram stop and a supermarket are also within a 10-minute walk.

Sara (21) and I - Catharina (21) both study special education at the PH.
We are very open and helpful people who like to meet with friends, play something together or read.
We have a very relaxed relationship in the WG, we cook occasionally together or sit together with a wine and talk. But everyone can just withdraw if he is after that.
We also attach great importance to a proper and thoughtful coexistence.
