Hallo,
ich vermiete für mindestens 3 Monate in meiner 3-Zimmer Wohnung ein unmöbiliertes WG-Zimmer.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 71qm, hat ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer (20qm) und einen großen Balkon. Die Schlafzimmer sind relativ klein (13qm). Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer sind eingerichtet.
Die Wohnung liegt in Freiburg-St. Georgen, die Innenstadt ist mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Bus (direkt vor der Haustür) schnell zu erreichen.
Die Umgebung ist ruhig und man ist schnell in der Natur.
Mein Name ist Georg und ich bin im sozialen Bereich tätig. Das WG-Leben stelle ich mir entspannt vor, wo man respekt- und rücksichtsvoll miteinander umgeht :)
Meine persönliche Perspektive ist momentan noch unklar, so dass sich die Zwischenmiete verlängern oder sogar langfristig ausbauen kann. Dazu aber mehr in einem persönlichen Gespräch :)
