The room you'd move into is from 05. March until April 30, as I am abroad at that time.
The room is furnished. It has 18 sqm and the only access to the balcony. The warm rental is 500.65€.
You have mornings and evening sun and plenty of space.
Our apartment is located opposite the Westarkaden, where you have a DM, Rewe, Dönerladen, Fitnessstudio and more right in front of the nose. At Seepark you are walking in 5min. The Berliner Allee and Runzmattenweg rail stops are 6min walk away, making you quickly in the city centre. We live on the 4th floor without elevator.
We are Vera and Hannah (22 & 24). Vera studies music and English in teaching and Hannah makes an education in the goldsmith.
As our roommate Marie Anfag moves out in March, the WG du, Vera and another new roommate or roommate will live.
We're not a purpose WG. We care about a loving, attentive and facing WG life. This means that we have both WG-Abende and, of course, time for themselves. We always have an open ear for each other. :
