Hey, you,
we have a room to forgive in our 3rd WG. The room is cut square, with a cozy roof bevel. Due to the roof window, there is a unique view of the stars at night. Is definitely something for romantics and star-guckers. In the WG we have everything the heart desires: a living room with balcony overlooking the Schönberg and sunset over the Vosges, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a games collection and and...
The apartment is close to the Badische Zeitung. The Press House tram stop is a 10-minute walk away, and the bus line 11 (Schopfheimer Str.) is even closer to the main station in 8 minutes.
Aldi and Edeka, as well as Bauhaus are right around the corner (less than 2 minutes by bike).
In town it is 10-15 minutes by bike depending on the condition.
We are three students with great communication, creative and life-threatening.
I, Malena, go abroad for 5 months from February (February to the end of June), which is why my room will be free. That's why we're looking for a new roommate to complete our cozy WG life for this time :)
We like being on the go, especially sporting in nature, whether on foot or by bike, but also at home we are looking forward to good conversations, a common Sunday breakfast or with a good chilled drink at sunset on the balcony. The WG is also creative, whether it is painting, crocheting, knitting, making music:)
We are mutual support and consideration, a relaxed and joyful community as important as everyone has their freedom. The cleanliness of the WG is a community thing - we're getting everyone to feel comfortable. We clean and keep the community areas clean. We like to eat together when schedule and appetite make it so, but otherwise are independent and self-determined.
We are looking for a third party in the covenant, who, like us, can make a harmonious coexistence/will (will think: what disturbs you, but without accuse and then we will find a common solution).

As we use the washing machine from our landlords in the basement, we pay 2.50 euros per wash.
In the cellar we also have a small shelf where you can also subvert all that disturbs the cosiness of the room :)
