I am abroad in March for a month and offer my room here as an intermediate rental :)
It is a great old building apartment in central location. You can use all furniture and the sofa.
In the room there is also a standing desk, which you can use as a workplace.
I'd store my stuff under the bed.
There is still a great balcony from the kitchen, but is still slightly cold in March.

Top central location, within a 5-minute walk of the HBF.
Otherwise there are supermarkets and everything else nearby.
Our WG currently consists of 3 adults and one child (3 years).
We are all professional and have a cozy and loving coexistence.
My roommate V. will have an important exam in March and is therefore probably very tense at this time. Parties and the like therefore do not go.
