- möbliertes Zimmer für 500€ monatlich warm (inklusive Wlan,Wasser, Müll und Rundfunk Kosten) man kann durch das Zimmer auch auf einen der beiden Balkone
- 2 Mitbewohner: Lisa ist 25 und Johannes 43. Beide sind sehr nett und bleiben meistens für sich aber reden auch gerne wenn man sich sieht.
- Vertrag Verlängerung: Johannes ist auch der Vermieter und ich habe schon mit ihm gesprochen wenn ihr euch gut versteht kann der Vertrag nach März auch leicht unbefristet verlängert werden
- Location Wiehre: 10 min Fahrradweg zur Uni (KG I), Lidl 3 min Fahrradweg, Tram 4 fünf Minuten zu Fuß
- Rauchen ist auf keinem der Blakone erwünscht
