Außerdem gehört ein Kellerabteil und ein Fahrradkeller zur Wohnung. Zur Wohnung gehören außerdem zwei Balkone. Einer dieser Balkone ist ca. 16 qm groß und liegt auf der Seite der Berliner Allee. Der andere Balkon ist 8 qm groß und liegt an einer ruhigen Sackgasse.
