My room is empty from 9.2. -9.3. and is looking forward to company :)

- A 12sqm room with bed, wardrobe, desk, small couch and still enough room to roll out the yoga mat.
- Record player and guitar.
- Southeast window with morning sun
- Rotating and working cleaning plan
- Two Queere FLINTA inhabitant.
- A rather quiet WG life with joint actions if it results but no obligation
- Super central location directly at the Hbf on the Stühlinger side (with open window you can hear the bhf announcements but otherwise it is rather quiet).
I am happy about a rental share of 400€.
You would live here as a visit, so we don't have to make an official rental contract about the landlord, that comes out of my mind at 4 weeks, but I think it's cool if the living room can be used!

- Ein eher ruhiges WG Leben mit gemeinsamen Aktionen wenn es sich ergibt aber keiner Verpflichtung
- Super zentrale Lage direkt am Hbf auf der Stühlinger Seite (bei offenem Fenster hört man die bhf Ansagen aber sonst ist es eher ruhig).
Ich freue mich über eine Mietbeteiligung von 400€.
Du würdest als Besuch hier wohnen sodass wir keinen offiziellen Untermietvertrag über den Vermieter machen müssen, dass kommt mir bei 4 Wochen etwas übertrieben vor aber ich fände es cool wenn der Wohnraum genutzt werden kann!
