Moinsen ihr lieben,
in unserer wunderschönen WG im zweeten Kandelhof wird ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Ich würde am 01.03. aus der WG ausziehen und mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete freigeben, danach wird wahrscheinlich eine Freundin der WG einziehen - deshalb leider nur als Zwischenmiete, die ihr euch trotzdem nicht entgehen lassen solltet.
Wenn euch auch nur n bestimmter Zeitraum passt, sagt gern Bescheid - wir finden sicher ne Lösung! :)
In das Zimmer scheint bis zum frühen Vormittag die Sonne rein und das macht bock auf den Sommer. Solltet ihr Möbel brauchen, kann ich gerne Bett, Sofa, Kommode, Schrank, Kleiderstange und sowas drinnen lassen - da können wir gerne nochmal drüber kommunizieren, da ich die Möbel nicht allzu zwingend brauche. Falls ihr es ganz leer haben wollt - ist das auch möglich, dann nehme ich die nämlich schon mit :)

A room in our beautiful shared flat in the second Kandelhof is becoming available for temporary rent.
I'll be moving out of the flat on March 1st and will be offering my room for sublet. After that, a friend of the WG will likely be moving in—so unfortunately, it's only a temporary rental. But trust me, you don’t want to miss out on this opportunity!
The room gets sunshine until the early morning, which really gets you excited for summer. If you need furniture, I can leave the bed, sofa, dresser, wardrobe, clothing rack, and other pieces—just let me know, and we can work it out, as I don’t necessarily need them. But if you prefer an empty room, that’s totally fine too—I’ll take everything with me. :)
Kennt ihr schon das Kandelkino? Wir leben direkt am Kandelhof, gegenüber vom besten Döner der Stadt und gegenüber der Bahnhaltestelle Herdern. Von hier aus ist alles super zu erreichen - 5-7 Minuten in die Innenstadt mit dem Fahrrad, Frelo-Station direkt neben der Haustür, Edeka/Aldi/Lidl an der Habsburger und auch der Kaufland ist nicht weit weg.
Do you already know Kandelkino? We live right by Kandelhof, right across from the best döner in town and the Herdern tram stop. Everything is super easy to reach from here—just a 5-7 minute bike ride to the city center, a Frelo bike station right next to our front door, and Edeka, Aldi, and Lidl on Habsburgerstraße. Even Kaufland isn’t far away!
Du würdest mir Julie (sie/dey) , Leo (er/ihm) und Roufail (er/ihm) zusammenwohnen. Das sind alles super zweete Menschen - wir kennen uns alle seit 2-4 Jahren und hatten hier n unvergessliches Zusammenwohnen. Hand auf Herz - wir sind alle etwas busy Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Alltags-strukturen (Lohnarbeit, Studium, ugh) - und jetzt wo's wieder wärmer wird auch viel unterwegs. Trotzdem haben wir ein sehr harmonisches und liebevolles Miteinander und v.a. Leo, Julie und Roufail haben es auch geschafft immer wieder Dinge zusammen zu unternehmen. Wir alle haben immer ein offenes Ohr miteinander und das WG-Leben war trotz der verschiedenen Alltägen keinerlei ne Zweck-WG.
You would be living with Julie (she/they), Leo (he/him), and Roufail (he/him). They’re all amazing people—we’ve known each other for 2-4 years and have had an unforgettable time living together.
Hand on heart—we’re all a bit busy with different daily routines (jobs, university, ugh), and now that it’s getting warmer, we’re out and about a lot. Still, we have a very harmonious and loving dynamic, and especially Leo, Julie, and Roufail have always found time to do things together. We all support each other and are always there to listen, so even with our different schedules, this has never been just a “functional” shared flat.
Meldet euch sehr gern - wenn ihr bock hättet die WG und die Mitbewohnis kennenzulernen.
Ansonsten wohnen im gesamten Haus - und auch Nachbarhaus nur WGs und da lassen sich noch viele andere connecen schaffen!
Julie, Leo und ich haben bisher all unser Essen geteilt - Wenn du auch bock drauf hast - voll gern, is aber kein Muss!
Wir legen viel Wert auf ein respektvolles, solidarisches Miteinander.
Unsere WG ist klar links eingestellt, weshalb jegliche Form von Diskriminierung oder patriarchalem Verhalten bei uns keinen Platz hat.
