Hey!
We are looking for a new male tenant for our shared house from March. Yes, you read that right, we live in a house and we have our WG on the 4th floor. There are enough space to feel at home.
Our roommate Yako recently had a baby and need to move out of the WG.
It is important to us that the chemistry between everyone is right and we are looking for someone who doesn’t have problem with cleaning. The WG wants someone who can cooperate and we seek for a male student or a working class male. The owner of the house wants a German or someone who is fluent in German. But since the WG is an international WG, we all communicate in english so you have to also speak english. The room can theoretically be moved into from now since it is available.

Faize( Afghanistan ) : a student and working at the same time.
Jenie( done with her masters and currently working) .
Mrunmayee( Indian) : a full time student at the technical university.
Anna( me, Ghana 🇬🇭): I have also finished my master studies and currently working.
Victor ( Germany) : He is currently doing his masters in biology.

NB: The room is rented unfinished.
The area is a typical German residency so it feels so good and safe. There is also a bakery downstairs which belongs to the owners of the house. So any bakery lover, this is your chance.
There are tram 5 which heads to Resiefield and Europaplatza as well as tram 4 which heads to Vauban and messe. There are also bus line 17,11, 37 which heads to the Bahnhof. The house is 1 to 2 min of walking distance to all these tramlines and busline. The good thing is also it is 5 to 7min walking distance to the school library and to the city center.
Since the WG is a mixture of students and working class people, we prefer a person who does not party nor make noise. We prefer a quiet place since most of us are busy with our lives. We do have a meeting and get together sometimes but not a usual thing we do here. But if you meet up with someone in the kitchen then you can have your conservation. If you are ok with this then write me.
The WG has everything a WG should have, kitchen(very spacious), bathroom, balcony, WIFI,dishwasher and a washing machine.
There is no deposit but you have to get a liability insurance for the landlord incase of damages…..
