We are June and July in parental leave and can provide 2 rooms during this period. The apartment consists of a total of 4 rooms. An open kitchen with living and dining room, a bedroom, a guest room and a children's room, as well as a balcony, a conservatory, a guest toilet and a bathroom with tub. Our guest room is about 14 sqm and our children's rooms about 18 sqm, which we would rent. The apartment, especially the kitchen is fully equipped. Shops, as well as VAG and the beautiful Black Forest are within walking distance. In the city centre you can take a train and bike in about 10 minutes.
There is a basement, as well as a underground parking space and a garden behind the house that can be used by all residents.
The apartment is located in the 4th floor without elevator, which keeps you really fit;)

Wir sind Juni und Juli in Elternzeit und können in diesem Zeitraum 2 Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen. Die Wohnung besteht aus insgesamt 4 Zimmern. Eine offene Küche mit Wohn- und Esszimmer, eine Schlafzimmer, einem Gästezimmer und einem Kinderzimmer, sowie einem Balkon, einem Wintergarten, einem Gäste-WC und einem bad mit Wanne. Unser Gästezimmer ist ca. 14 qm2 groß und unser Kinderzimmern ca 18 qm2, die wir vermieten würden. Die Wohnung, vorallem die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Welche Möbel wir stehen lassen bzw unterstellen kann individuell nochmal besprochen werden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie VAG und der schöne Schwarzwald sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. In der Innenstadt ist man in ca 10 Minuten mit der Bahn sowie mit dem Fahrrad.
Es gibt einen Keller, sowie einen Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz und einen Garten hinter dem Haus, der von allen Bewohnern benutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG ohne aufzug, was einen aber echt fit hält;)
