At the prices:

Room 1 with shared balcony is available for 700 € monthly plus 120 €.

Room 2 with shared balcony is for 600€
monthly plus 120 € lump sum additional costs

Room 3 is available for 500€ monthly plus 120€ lump sum additional costs

Room 4 is available for 400€ monthly plus 120€ flat-rate additional costs

Every 14 days the common rooms are cleaned by a cleaning company (furnished floors and sanitary rooms)

A deposit of two monthly rentals per room is due.

Pets such as cats and dogs are not allowed.

New pictures come the days when everything is completely renovated and furnished.

Zur Lage der WG:
 
Direkt vor der Haustüre ist die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Bischofskreuz. 1 Gehminute ist das Seeparkufer.
Direkt vor der Haustüre sind mehrere Ärzte, Restaurants, Cafés , Einkaufs Möglichkeiten, Supermärkte, Post, Apotheke.
 
Zu den Preisen:
 
Zimmer 1 mit geteiltem Balkon ist für 700 € monatlicher zzgl 120 € pauschal Nebenkosten zu haben. 

Zimmer 2 mit geteiltem Balkon ist für 600€
monatlich zzgl 120 € pauschal Nebenkosten zu haben

Zimmer 3 ist für 500€ monatlich zzgl 120 € pauschal Nebenkosten zu haben

Zimmer 4 ist für 400€ monatlich zzgl 120 € pauschal Nebenkosten zu haben

Alle 14 Tage werden die Allgemeinräume von einer Reinigungsfirma gereinigt (Böden und Sanitärräume gewischt)

Pro Zimmer ist eine Kaution von zwei Monatskaltmieten fällig. 
 
Haustiere, wie z.B. Katzen und Hunde sind nicht gestattet. 
 
Neue Bilder kommen die Tage wenn alles fertig renoviert und eingerichtet ist.
