Das Zimmer hat 14,5 Quadratmeter und ist möbliert mit Bett (90x200), Tisch, Schreibtischstuhl und Regalen, sowie einem ePiano, das bei verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit Kopfhörern benutzt werden kann. Es liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat eine Glastür nach draußen. Im Zimmer bleiben einige Sachen und alle Möbel, du kannst also keine eigenen Möbel mitbringen und solltest nicht mehr mitbringen, als in einen kleinen Schrank und ein paar Regalfächer passt.
Meine Bücher können gerne genutzt werden!
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, es gibt zwei verschiedene Busverbindungen in jeweils 1 oder 8 Minuten Fußweg sowie den Bahnhof Sankt Georgen in etwa 10-15 min zu Fuß. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen großen Esstisch.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit zwei berufstätigen männlichen Mitbewohnern, die morgens früh aufstehen (ab 6 Uhr) und daher ab 22 Uhr Ruhe haben möchten. Ihnen ist Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen sehr wichtig!
