From now on, I will offer my WG room for intermediate rent until the end of March. I live with two great roommates (Frido (26) and Stina (25)) in a four room apartment in the middle of Freiburg in the Stühlinger district. In 3 minutes you can walk to the main station, in the city centre you are by bike in 2 minutes and at the lake park in 7 minutes.
We have furnished our apartment lovingly and are also very careful to keep it proper. In addition to a beautiful living room with kitchen, we also have a garden with a terrace, in which the WG is grilled and sat with us.
My room has about 15 sqm and a window to the north side. Since I moved and my new tenant moved in at the end of March, my room is only very small with furniture. But the desk is built when you move in:) There is also a desk chair, a high bed + mattress, a closet and a small dresser - that is, everything you need:)

Hello :)
Ich biete ab sofort bis Ende März mein WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an. Ich wohne mit zwei super tollen Mitbewohnern (Frido (26) und Stina (25)) in einer vier Zimmerwohnung mitten in Freiburg im Stadtteil Stühlinger. In 3 Minuten erreicht man den Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß, in der Innenstadt ist man mit dem Fahrrad in 2 Minuten und am Seepark in 7 Minuten.
Unsere Wohnung haben wir liebevoll eingerichtet und achten auch sehr darauf, sie ordentlich zu halten. Neben einem schönen Wohnzimmer mit Küche haben wir auch einen Garten mit Terrasse, in welchem mit der WG über uns viel gegrillt und zusammengesessen wird.
Mein Zimmer hat ca. 15 qm und ein Fenster zur Nordseite. Da ich umgezogen bin und meine Nachmieterin erst Ende März einzieht, ist mein Zimmer gerade nur sehr mager mit Möbeln eingerichtet. Der Schreibtisch ist aber aufgebaut, wenn du einziehst :) Es gibt auch einen Schreibtischstuhl dazu, ein Hochbett+ Matratze, einen Schrank und eine kleine Kommode - also eigentlich alles, was man so braucht:)
Melde dich sehr gerne wenn du Interesse hast, dann kannst du dir die Wohnung persönlich anschauen oder wenn du nicht in Freiburg bist auch gerne über Zoom :)
